This Privacy Policy describes the commitment at 8090rocks. ("8090rocks") to the privacy of visitors to the 8090rocks website located at TorontoCast.com and Godaddy. Except as required by law or as otherwise provided herein, 8090rocks will take commercially reasonable steps to ensure your right to privacy. 8090rocks is committed to developing long lasting relationships that are built on trust and would never intentionally violate that trust.

Information We Collect

8090rocks Customers Information.

8090rocks only requests the minimal information required to provide Services to it's customers. Customers information provided to 8090rocks is not used for any Marketing purposes and we do not share any private information collected with any third parties (unless legally obliged to) with the exception of IP addresses. IP addresses may be shared via the GoogleMaps API for generating station listener maps.

Name, postal address, email address, telephone number (optional), and billing information (such as a credit card number) are collected to allow 8090rocks to obtain payment for the Services the Customer has requested. 

Social Media.

8090rocks website may include social media features (such as the Facebook "Like" button). These features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting on our website, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets may be hosted by a third party or directly on 8090rocks website. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing the feature.

Cookies and Tracking.

8090rocks uses different types of cookies (which are electronic collections of information stored on a local computer that are used by websites to keep track of visitors and registered users and to relate one computer transaction to a later one) and other methods of uniquely tracking visitors for different purposes. In addition, cookies are used to provide TorontoCast's existing customers with the opportunity for increased convenience.

Use of Information

8090rocks uses information it collects primarily to provide and collect payment for its cloud-based solutions and other services. Passively collected information, such as information collected from or about your device including through the placement or reading of cookies or other tracking technologies is used to provide a customized experience as you use 8090rocks services.

8090rocks only uses customers  stored email address to commuicate essential information such as changes to our Privacy Statement and/or Terms Of Service.

8090rocks does not supply these details to any Third Party (unless legally obliged to)

Customer Contact/Account Information.

The information collected from customers is used to manage each customer's account (such as for billing and account management purposes) .

Law Enforcement.

TorontoCast will respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes, and will utilize customer information as necessary to establish or exercise 8090rocks legal rights or defend against legal claims. Additionally, 8090rocks will share information to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations or suspected violations of 8090rocks Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.

In-active accounts

After a period of 60 days, if a customers account has no active services enabled and no activity it will be automatically deleted. T
